Hi-Tech Gears’ “sweet spot” is manufacturing custom short-run gears — one to ten units — for prototype or production use, but also can supply full production runs. We manufacture to your exact specification from 2D or 3D CAD drawings, old parts — even partial gears.

We specialize in gears from 1/2″ to 15″ diameters, made from cast, steel, hardened/nitride treated steel, and nylon — but can manufacture from any material specified. If you have a gear need, we will manufacture it for you — or help you find a resource that can.
